That tumor you have is a memory of the past!
Have you heard of the book ~ The Journey~ by Brandon Bays?
I read the book and WOW is it fabulous!
Did you know that our cells have memories of your emotional and physical issues of the past? I had no idea that our bodies carry all this stuff around. The poor cells carry all our baggage from the past. Let me explain what that means.
So this lady – Brandon Bays – discovered a very large basketball sized growth in her uterus and she refused to use drugs or surgery to get rid of it. Although the doctors insisted that she needed surgery to get that thing out right away, Brandon decided that she would try to get rid of it using alternative medicine.
Now for those of you that are skeptical about alternative medicine, don’t stop reading. Just keep an open mind ok?
She decided she needed to do ”body work” to find out why the growth showed up in the first place. She had to understand the “emotional” side of why the tumor was there. She tried many things:
-Cranial-visceral massage therapy
-Colon Therapy
-Meditation
-Acupuncture
During one of her massage session, the therapist suggested that she ” Why don’t you, in your mind’s eye, take some steps down into your tumor and see what it looks like down there”. She discovered a “dark” place and an old intense childhood trauma flashed in her mind. Her body’s wisdom was coming up with that memory for some reason and she had to explore why. She discovered that she had buried that emotion from a long time ago and didn’t realize how intense it was until that session. Like many memories, she had not really dealt with that trauma of the event and she was still carrying “it” around in the form of a tumor.
In another bodywork session she had, she surrendered in silence and the “inner knowing” brought up a few more memories – different from the first but all centered on the same theme. She said “It was as if there was one core issue and I had spent a lifetime repeating the same pattern, making the same painful mistakes, but with different people.”
Don’t we all do that?
“It was if I had a string of memories that was like a pearl necklace – even though each memory or each pearl had a slightly different shape, size and hue, they were all essentially the same. And it felt to me that on that day, we had broken the string and now all the pearls were sliding off – all the memories were just finishing themselves and leaving.”
Wasn’t that profound? Wouldn’t you like to get rid of your string of bad memories?
The book goes on to talk about how the tumor went away and how Brandon taught other people to get rid of their own “tumors”. There are many great stories of healing and forgiveness and love.
